Terms and conditions
By booking an appointment online with HER² Clinic, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
General terms and conditions
Booking Fee
A non-refundable booking fee (named as a deposit within the booking system) is required to secure all appointments.
The booking fee will be deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day.
Payment
The balance of your treatment cost must be paid in full at the time of your appointment. This includes full payments for courses of treatment to receive the discounted course price.
We accept card payments and other methods as confirmed by the clinic.
Medical Suitability
All treatments are subject to medical assessment by your practitioner.
If you are not suitable for treatment following consultation, your booking fee may be retained to cover professional time.
Consultations
For new patients or where required, a consultation must be completed prior to treatment.
Your practitioner reserves the right to decline treatment if it is not in your best interest.
Arrival
Please arrive promptly for your appointment. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or, in some cases, rescheduling. Your booking fee will not be refunded or transferred due to practitioner time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Our cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to all bookings (see below).
Treatment Courses & Packages
Where treatments are purchased as a course or package, they must be completed within the timeframe specified at purchase.
Courses and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Results
All treatments are provided on the basis of clinical suitability. Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
Liability
HER² Clinic is not liable for any costs incurred as a result of cancelled or rescheduled appointments outside of our control.
Policies & Guidance
By booking you agree to follow all pre- and post-treatment advice provided.
Failure to comply may affect your results and increase the risk of complications.
Cancellation policy
At HER² Clinic we value your time and ours. The following policy applies to all bookings:
Cancellations
If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, your booking fee will not be refunded.
Rescheduling
You will be able to reschedule your appointment if less than 48 hours’ notice is given, however your booking fee will be retained and a new booking fee will be required for the new appointment.
If you wish to reschedule with more than 48 hours’ notice, your booking fee will be transferred to your new appointment.
Non-Attendance
Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will result in the loss of your booking fee. Further appointments may require full pre-payment.
Late Arrival
If you are late, your treatment time may be reduced. If more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your booking fee forfeited.
Clinic Cancellations
In the unlikely event that HER² Skin Clinic needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered the next available appointment or a refund of your booking fee.
